We do our best to get back to the dock exactly when the trip is scheduled to end. If you are looking to make lunch or dinner reservations please allow some buffer time for getting docked and offloaded. 

It can be much cooler on the water so we recommend that you dress in layers. We always recommend bringing an extra jacket as well. 

There is no bathroom aboard Lil’ Toot. We encourage you to take advantage of the public shore bathrooms before coming aboard. If you are going to Holbrook Island, there is a porta-potty on the island. 

Yes! Absolutely! We do ask any child under the age of 12 to wear a lifejacket. If you have one that your child is most comfortable wearing, please bring it along, otherwise, we have plenty of comfortable kid’s lifejackets aboard, plus children between the ages of 0 and 2 ride for free!

We welcome guest to bring their own picnic items aboard whether it be an afternoon snack, appetizer for a cocktail cruise, or a picnic lunch. Guest are welcome be bring their own beer or wine as well. Please come prepared with cups. 

We will meet you at the town dock. It will depend on where dockage is available at the dock, it may be closer to the take-out stand or the Harbor Master’s hut. 

If you felt that you had an enjoyable experience aboard gratuity is always appreciated, a customary tip is between 15% and 20%.

We do our best to accommodate everyone. We have had many guests in the past with limited mobility, however, we do recommend you speak with us in person so we can explain the limitations and decide how best to get you aboard the vessel. You can reach us by calling 207.701.1421.

Often times, yes, we can accommodate your dog, however, please call in advance if you plan on bringing your dog. We allow pets when the capacity is under 6 or if you have reserved the vessel as a private party.

IF FOR SOME REASON WE CAN'T TAKE THE TRIP...

Lil’ Toot will depart rain or shine but under certain circumstances, a trip may hve to be cancelled at the Captains’ discretion. We will try to reschedule the trip, but if your schedule does not allow, you will be given a full refund of the booking.

We understand that schedules may change and request that you review our cancellation policy before changing your trip. 

For advanced reservations:

If you need to cancel we require email or phone call notice no less than 14 days in advance to receive a full refund of the booking total. Within 14 days a $25 booking fee will be charged. If we are able to rebook your reservation with new guests we will refund your booking fee. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of sailing we will not refund the booking amount.
